Kim Martin

Kim has been a member of the club for the last two seasons.   This is Kim’s first year in a board role, but she has been an active volunteer since joining. Kim loves meeting new people and spending time with family and friends in the comfortable and relaxed environment that the club offers.  She joined the board this year because she wants to see the club grow and continue to serve future generations.

VP of Pool and Grounds

Brian Ashmore

Brian has been a member of the cub for two years.  This will be his first year on the board. Brian enjoys the club because it’s such a great place to spend time with family and community.  His kids love to play with neighborhood friends and make new friends.  He loves spending time with his family as well as meeting and talking with neighbors in a fun and unique atmosphere at the club.

Ben Candler

Ben joined the club in 2016.  This will be his first year on the board serving as VP of Finance.  He loves hanging out with friends and neighbors, grilling food, and cooling off on hot days.

Treasurer

Greta Wenke

Greta has been a member of the club for the last 38 years!  She has served for 34 years on the Board.  She has been  honored to serve as President (in 1999) and as a chairperson of social, snack bar, swim lessons, membership, and personnel. For the past several years she has served as your Treasurer.  Greta moved to Lisle from New York in 1982. Joining the Meadows Swim Club was a way for her entire family to meet friends while enjoying all the outdoor activities. It is one of the best decisions she ever made!

Katia Pecak

This is Katia’s first year as a club member and first year as a board member.  Katia decided to become a member this year because of so many great things she and her family have heard about the Meadows Pool. She’s looking forward to spending time with family and friends in the relaxed atmosphere that the club offers. She decided to join the board in order to share new ideas, help facilitate a safe environment and progress the club’s growth.

Dan Drake

Dan is a first year member and knew right away that MSC was a place he wanted to invest his time and attention. Dan loves nothing more than bringing the family to a day at the pool, grilling, hanging out with friends, and making memories. Dan is excited to help on the long range planning committee, assist in organizing leagues, and do whatever he can to make The Meadows Swim Club great now, and for future generations.

Suzanne Trotter

Suzanne grew up as a member of the Meadows.  She loves being back as an an adult and sharing the pool with her kids. She has been a member of the club for five years, and has served on the board for all of those years on the personnel committee.  She joined the club because she loves the people.  It has been a wonderful place to spend time with family and friends.

Lilly Polcyn

Lilly has been a member of the club for five years, and she has been working on marketing on the board for the last four years. She loves how everyone at the club feels like family.  When you walk in it’s like coming home for Christmas.

Becky Shields

Becky has been a member at the club for six years.  She has served on the board for the last three years working on long range planning and helping to plan social events and parties.  She loves the small community feel. The members are friendly, our kids get to play with all their friends and we like to BBQ and bring our own food and drinks.

Sharon Helderle

Sharon has been a member of the club for the last two seasons.  She and her husband Dan both grew up at the MSC, and that is how their families first met. Sharon has been serving on the board’s communications committee for the last two years.  She loves making memories with her girls and friends at the club.

Kayla is excited to enjoy her second season at the club.  She is jumping into her first board position this year, and will be helping to lead the social committee. She loves the friendly and relaxed environment of the Meadows Club. She joined the board this year because she wants to help facilitate continued growth of the club as a safe, welcoming and fun environment for all families.

Carissa Baier 

Director 

This is Carissa's first year as a member of the Meadows Swim Club and her first year as a board member. She was introduced to the club 2 years ago through the revitalization of the swim team and fell in love with the relaxed family atmosphere while there. She is looking forward to the many years of memories with friends and family the club will provide.

Linda Vaden

Director 

This is Linda’s 19th year as a Meadows Swim Club member.  She joined the pool when her children were small and quickly realized the benefits of a private club.  Linda served 6 years on the board helping to plan parties and social events and is happy to be back on the board heading up the rules committee.  Linda loves spending time at the pool, even if it’s just for a quick dip during her lunch hour.

Rebecca VanDeCasteele

Director 

One silver lining of the pandemic is Rebecca and her family finding the Meadows. They instantly loved the small town feel and all of the benefits of a private club . This is their 3rd year as members a Rebecca's first year on the board. Her three children are all active on the swim team and can be found at the pool almost daily so Rebecca is excited to share all of the fun being had as the social media committee chair.

Bob Krueger

Director 

Bob and his family have lived in Lisle for many years and have been members of the pool since 2020.

He joined the board to help the continued growth of the club and to be more involved with the decisions made for the future.

He enjoys the friendly atmosphere and says it’s like going to your neighbor’s pool party every weekend.
